A 45 minute upper body and core focused Pilates class.

Side-bending and twisting into the upper body, working the shoulders and back muscles. This class is great for strengthen the back muscles we sometimes neglect. Finishing with body-weighted, core work with a touch of legs.

Suitable for all levels, no equipment needed.
