Finding the perfect class for you

New to Pilates or unsure where to begin?

I offer private (1:1) sessions which are particularly beneficial for those new to Pilates, individuals recovering from specific injuries needing extra care, expectant or new mothers, or anyone seeking to elevate and refine their practice in an intimate setting. This class is all about you and how I can help your body move that day.

Maybe you have a friend/partner/family member to bring with you and make it a duet session (2:1)

Small Group Classes

These sessions are all about giving you the best of everything. Our classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum ratio of 4:1, to ensure that you receive personalised attention and guidance throughout.

We incorporate a variety of equipment, including reformers, mats, and smaller props, to create a well-rounded experience. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, these classes are designed to be an enjoyable yet challenging.

Additionally, these classes are pre and post-natal friendly, so mums-to-be and new mums can safely join us and enjoy the benefits of Pilates.
